Classes
At Natchez Studio we offer classes to meet the needs of the beginning to advanced student, and the classes are held year around. The owners have twenty-five years of experience in the art of stained glass. All of our instructors & craftsperson's are well versed in the art . The studio offers not only advice, but also a full line of quality tools & materials for any project.
We teach a six-week beginning class which consists of instruction in the copper foil method of stained glass construction. During the six weeks, you will complete one or two projects. Tuition for the class is $175. We offer tool packages ranging from about $50 to about $154. (This does not include a grinder, which is required and will vary in cost depending on the grinder anywhere from $70 up to $240). Tuition is payable on the first meeting of class. Tuition is non-refundable once class starts. An estimate for the materials (glass, foil, solder, chemicals & book) is, give or take, about $75.
Natchez Studio offers a 10% discount on tools & materials with the exception of grinders, saws and sale items. We offer a 15% discount on tool packages. The Studio also offers as much as a 20% discount when full sheet of art glass is ordered. Discounts are offered on cash or check purchases only.
We offer ongoing classes in beginning lead, intermediate lead, and
beginning and advanced lamp-making, advanced design, as well as other
interesting & informative classes and seminars
Evening classes run from 6:30 to9:30.
A $25 nonrefundable deposit will hold you a place in the next class.
